Root Pilates is a cozy home studio in Fredericksburg, Tx. equipped with four reformers and a comprehensive range of other Pilates equipment. The studio boasts a stunning GYROTONIC® Pully Tower Combination unit in its own dedicated space. Our focus is on creating a long lasting healthy relationships with exercise and making some friends along the way.
