Root Pilates is a cozy home studio in Fredericksburg, Tx. equipped with four reformers and a comprehensive range of other Pilates equipment.  The studio also boasts a stunning GYROTONIC®  Pully Tower Combination unit in its own dedicated space.  Our focus is on creating a long lasting healthy relationships with exercise and make some friends along the way!
